Born and raised in the vibrant city of Saigon, YASHA had early exposure to contemporary artthrough his family. However, music became his greatest passion, particularly electronic music.With that burning passion and a stroke of luck, YASHA embarked on his DJ journey with the MixUs Happy program. Since then, the young boy discovered his mission to share his love for musicwith everyone through captivating performances on stage.Growing up, YASHA developed a special fondness for Eurodance music, listening to adult’s vinylrecords. It was through these tracks that he unknowingly forged an invisible connection tomodern music genres, especially Trance.
This invisible connection fueled YASHA’s immense lovefor Trance, driving him to share those beautiful melodies with music enthusiasts everywhere.
Beyond his profound love for music, YASHA is known for delivering authentic emotions,surprises, and unprecedented musical experiences. Alexander Popov
Alexander Popov is an internationally renowned DJ and music producer for more than 10 years. An IDMA Award nominee who has played in over 40 countries on five continents. In 2024 he got Music Box Award and was included for the seventh time in the Top 150 DJs of the world according to DJMag.
Released 3 artist albums and more than 200 releases with totally more than 100 000 000+ streams on Spotify. Made collaborations with top world artists: Armin van Buuren, Cosmic Gate, Paul Oakenfold. In 2017 he launched his own record label Interplay under the wing of the biggest Dutch record company Armada Music. Today Interplay has become one of the leaders in its niche with five sub labels, own studio and with regular events in Ibiza, Moscow, Minsk, Amsterdam, etc.
Under his belt there are hundreds of shows in the best clubs of Europe, Asia, Australia and America, including such iconic venues and festivals like: Tomorrowland, Ultra Europe, Love Parade, Dreamstate, ASOT, Ushuaia, Space, Hi Ibiza. In 2018 at FIFA Fan Fest before the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup he performed in front of an audience of 65,000+ at Vorobyovy Gory.
His journey began in the mid-2000s when the young producer started experimenting with electronic sounds in his hometown. By 2007–2008 he was already catching the attention of the global trance elite. Tracks like “Revolution In You” (2009) and “When The Sun” (2011) were heavily supported by Armin van Buuren on A State of Trance, instantly propelling Popov onto the international stage. What followed was a string of timeless anthems that still light up dance floors today: “Lost Language” (2013), “Elegia”, “Vapour Trails”, “Everest”, “Metropolis”, “Intentions”, “People”, “One More Time”, and many more – each blending emotional, soaring melodies with driving basslines and festival-sized drops.

In 2015 he founded Interplay Records, which quickly grew into one of the most respected imprints in trance and progressive under the Armada Music umbrella. Interplay has released over 500 tracks, entered the global Top 30 most-supported labels (1001Tracklists 2021), and become a launchpad for both emerging talents (Ahmed Helmy, Whiteout, Sound Quelle) and established stars. The label also hosts its own showcases in Ibiza, Amsterdam, Moscow, and at major festivals worldwide.
A seasoned performer, Alexander has played in more than 40 countries across five continents, headlining iconic events including Tomorrowland (Belgium – confirmed again for 2025), Ultra Europe, A State of Trance events, Dreamstate, Transmission, Electronic Family, Luminosity, Global Gathering, Amsterdam Dance Event, and countless Armada Nights. His dynamic, high-energy sets perfectly capture the euphoric essence of trance while seamlessly weaving in progressive house and melodic techno influences.
